Unzip, unrar, install. If you want to use version 4.10 which is downloadable from the site, apply included patch in install dir and register with any name (longer then 8 symbols) and code. If you want to use version 4.101 which is accessible only from updater, copy content of update-v4.101 dir over installed/registered version 4.10.
